Check VP Application Status
If you have completely filled out an application for a VP-200 videophone and you have not received an update within a few weeks, simply fill out the form below to submit a request to check on the status of your application.
Request to Check on VP Application
Please fill out the following form and click "Submit". Make sure to provide the following information EXACTLY as you provided on your VP-200 application so that your application can be found quickly. A Sorenson VRS representative will contact you via e-mail.
Reasons why you may not have received a VP-200:
- The information provided on your application was incomplete or inaccurate.
- You have not replied to a follow up e-mail from a Sorenson VRS representative.
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) does not support a 256 Kbps connection for the VP-200 (or you do not have a high-speed Internet connection already installed)
- There is not a Sorenson VRS installer in your area.
