If you have completely filled out an application for a VP-200 videophone and you have not received an update within a few weeks, simply fill out the form below to submit a request to check on the status of your application.

Reasons why you may not have received a VP-200:

  • The information provided on your application was incomplete or inaccurate.
  • You have not replied to a follow up e-mail from a Sorenson VRS representative.
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) does not support a 256 Kbps connection for the VP-200 (or you do not have a high-speed Internet connection already installed)
  • There is not a Sorenson VRS installer in your area.
Please note that if you already have a Sorenson VP-100 videophone you have been placed in our upgrade program to receive a VP-200. There is no need to apply again for a VP-200. Sorenson VRS trainers are currently upgrading VP-100 users throughout the nation and it will take some time to upgrade all users. We thank you for your patience!
